Paseo Montalban

This project had two large ground up buildings as well as additional carport infill units. Built on zero property line up against existing sidewalk. On street level with large extensive raised foundation approximately 10 feet high on the other parking lot side. This was a unique and challenging build. Construction time frame was 9 months.
