This three-story ground up project had multiple layers to it. It was built on the back alley with zero property line consisting of 9 new modern apartments, the top floor having high ceilings, an additional loft kitchen above and patios off the kitchen. In addition, we converted four existing underground carports into
living space which required creative waterproofing and sump pump installation. The project had an existing building that was remodeled along with removing all landscaping hardscape and replacement throughout the entire property. Including all new Class A work. Estimated construction time frame was 11 months
