19 residential luxury rental 3 1/2 story building with 20 foot high ceilings in some units with lofts above. Ground up construction including a retail/coffee shop space below. This project has had multiple challenges between the import & export of hundreds of truck loads of dirt and re-compacting to building almost property line to property line front street to back alley. It didn’t leave much room for staging construction
supplies, etc. This project included all new class A work and site work.
