La Jolla Cottages

This was originally a four unit two-story building in the back and a law firm in the front house/office. We reconfigured this build to make the existing buildings into 12 unique cottage units. Atlas also added a laundry facility and gave the property as a whole an upgrade inside and out. Estimated time frame was 4 months.
